Allinn offers premium quality student accomodation for all our guests. Full service and optimal comfort will guarantee casual stay and good study results. We offer two different types of rooms.

The standard room

This room offers all your basic requirements. The kitchen and bathroom are shared.

• Room space about 15 m²
• Fully furnished, pleasant and modern decorated
• Double bed (140 x 200)
• Duvet and pillows
• Night cabinet with lamp
• Study desk and chair
• Closet for books and clothes
• High speed internet & WIFI
• Individual central heating
• Curtains and floor covering

The studios

Our studios have their own kitchen and en-suite bathroom. 

• Extra room space of arround 20 m²
• Private kitchen with cooker and fridge
• Bathroom with shower, toilet and sink.

Terms & Conditions

To be eligable for a room at Allinn you must meet several conditions

• You are at least 18 years old
• You are a student at a college in Leeuwarden
